Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records
Assist with procedures, treatments, and interventions as directed by the medical team
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered care goals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in long-term care or acute care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills.
