Home Health Administrator
Careland Home Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Health Administrator to lead our established home health agency in Clermont, Florida.
We are looking for a proven home health leader who understands the industry, knows how to lead a team, and is ready to take ownership of the agency’s day-to-day operations and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the home health agency
- Manage and support clinical, administrative, and field staff
- Maintain compliance with Florida AHCA, Medicare/CMS, accreditation, and other applicable requirements
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, documentation, billing coordination, and operational workflows
- Build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee satisfaction
- Monitor agency performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with clinical leadership to maintain high-quality patient care
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Help drive census, revenue, operational efficiency, and overall agency growth
- Ensure the agency remains compliant, organized, and survey-ready
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong, hands-on home health agency experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience as a Home Health Administrator, Director of Operations, or in a comparable home health leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Florida home health regulations, AHCA requirements, and Medicare/CMS requirements
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, analyze data, solve problems, and follow through
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
- Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for agency performance
- Ability to balance compliance, patient care, employee satisfaction, and business performance
This is a full-time, in-person position in Clermont, Florida. Starting salary: $75,000 per year, based on experience.
