What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
● Be a trusted client partner: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring each client feels heard,
supported, and confident in CareGuide’s solutions.
● Ensure a seamless experience: Proactively monitor client needs, resolve issues, and keep all processes
running smoothly.
● Coordinate across teams: Work
closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure each client receives
timely and effective support.
● Manage the details: Keep accurate
records of interactions, track performance data, and oversee critical client
tasks such as invoicing, documentation, and case completion.
● Foster long-term relationships: Regularly engage with clients, ensuring they fully utilize CareGuide’s services
while maintaining a positive, trusting partnership.
Requirements
What You Bring (The Ideal Candidate)
● Strong communicator &
relationship builder: You enjoy working with people, building trust, and
fostering strong client connections.
● Organized & detail-oriented: You excel at managing multiple responsibilities and ensuring nothing falls
through the cracks.
● Proactive & solution-focused: You anticipate client needs, solve problems before they arise, and follow
through on commitments.
● Comfortable with technology: Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office is a plus.
● Experience in client or account
management: 2-3 years of experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare.
● Team-first mindset: You enjoy
working in a collaborative environment where team success is just as important
as individual success.
