Caregiver / HHA / CNA – $19–$20/hr Base Pay | 12-Hour Shifts | Immediate Hire – Bradenton
Are you calm, experienced, and ready for a high-needs 1-on-1 client?
We’re hiring for an in-home caregiver role providing support to a client requiring Dementia and Incontinence.
Minimum Requirements – Please Apply Only If You Have:
- 1 year of professional caregiving experience (CNA or HHA accepted)
- 1 year of dementia and incontinence care experience
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
- Ability to pass a Level II background check and drug screening
- Experience providing incontinence care
- CNA or HHA experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Level II background screening eligibility or current clearance
- Ability to pass required drug screening
- Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a client’s home

Available Shifts:
- 12-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
- Short shifts are also Available
- Weekday and weekend availability
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Redirection and safety supervision
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Occasional transportation for errands or appointments
