PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT - CNA and PCA:**Provide in-home care to clients, help with grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, bathing, etc. Light housekeeping, meal prep, assist client with muscle-strengthening exercises, document progress, ambulate and turn client, and other hands-on care tasks. Accompany client to medical appointments, grocery shopping, social activities.
HOMEMAKER - Companion:**Provide companionship, conversation and involvement with clients in leisure and social activities.Provide client transportation to appointments and community activities. Assist with personal hygiene, safety, walking, toileting, dressing, through supervision and guidance of the individual. Provide meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prep and clean-up. Light household chores.
