Caregiver OneCall exists for one reason: no caregiver should ever feel alone at 2 AM. We provide free, 24/7 telephone support, real-time guidance, training, and resource navigation for family caregivers caring for parents, spouses, children with disabilities, siblings, and medically fragile loved ones nationwide. Every call we answer represents someone overwhelmed, exhausted, and trying to make the safest decision possible for someone they love. This Google Ad Grant optimization project directly strengthens our ability to reach those caregivers in their most vulnerable moments. When a caregiver types “help caring for my mom,” “I cannot do this anymore,” or “respite support near me” into Google at midnight, we need Caregiver OneCall to appear. - Increase visibility for our free 24/7 support line
- Improve keyword targeting so we reach caregivers across all conditions and age groups
- Drive traffic to training and respite resources
- Expand national awareness beyond word of mouth The impact is tangible. More optimized ads mean more answered calls. More answered calls mean fewer caregivers in crisis. More caregivers supported means safer care at home, reduced burnout, and stronger families. This is not abstract marketing work. It is direct access to exhausted caregivers who are actively searching for help. By lending your expertise to this project, you are helping ensure that when someone reaches for support, they find it.
