Health Insurance AgentAbout the Role
We’re looking for a Health Insurance Agent to help individuals and families find health insurance coverage through the Marketplace.
You’ll speak with people who are already interested in coverage — no cold calling. Your role will be to understand their needs, explain their options, and help them complete the enrollment process.
This is a full-time, in-office position with weekly pay and opportunities for training and professional growth.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with inbound clients and learn about their healthcare and insurance needs.
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, costs, and coverage options in an easy-to-understand way.
- Help clients choose coverage that fits their individual needs.
- Assist clients with completing insurance applications and the enrollment process.
- Keep client information and records accurate and up to date.
- Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support.
- Work toward sales goals while providing a positive client experience.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- An active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand clients’ needs and explain insurance options clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional, motivated, and customer-focused approach.
Preferred:
- Experience with health insurance sales.
- Experience with insurance applications or benefits administration.
- Previous sales experience.
