Building Maintenance Superintendent

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Building Maintenance Superintendent to oversee a multi-story historic commercial property in the heart of Miami. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in preserving the integrity, safety, and daily operations of a unique and well-established building.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and overall condition of the building and its systems
- Conduct routine property inspections with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and functionality
- Ensure tenant suites are well-maintained and promptly address maintenance needs
- Evaluate and monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to work orders efficiently, maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Manage maintenance inventory and supplies
- Coordinate and supervise external vendors and contractors
- Build strong relationships with tenants through clear communication and responsive service
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance, ideally in multi-story properties
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
