About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, field-focused Business Development Manager who lives for the thrill of the close and thrives on building connections that matter. In this client-facing role, you’ll identify and engage businesses who need our award-winning workforce solutions — from staffing to recruitment process support and more. Responsibilities
- Find & Win New Business: Lead generation through field visits, local networking, and outreach (your territory, your strategy).
- Build Lasting Partnerships: Understand client needs and offer customized workforce solutions that make a real difference.
- Own the Sales Process: From first contact to close, drive deals across light industrial, clerical, and professional sectors.
- Partner with Recruiting Leaders: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure smooth client onboarding and results delivery.
- Track Progress: Use our CRM to document activity and pipeline — we measure what matters, and your wins matter here.
Qualifications
- Have outside sales or lead gen experience, ideally in staffing or workforce solutions.
- Are confident engaging with business leaders and decision-makers.
- Know your way around a CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Are goal-driven, organized, and energized by field work.
- Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus in our diverse market!
Required Skills
