SunTrust Remodeling is building one of Southern California's premier exterior remodeling and home improvement companies, and we're looking for ambitious individuals to join our sales team. No remodeling or construction experience required, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

About The Position
You will meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process from consultation to signed agreement. You’ll receive pre-qualified opportunities generated through company marketing and outreach channels, allowing you to focus primarily on client consultations and closing projects rather than cold prospecting.
- Meet with homeowners and pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in our services.
- Present solutions and help customers choose the best options for their homes.
- Build rapport and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up with leads and close deals.
- Work closely with our management team to achieve sales goals.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training.
- Extensive background in remodeling industry not required.
