This isn't a typical assistant job. You're not making copies or scheduling dentist appointments. You're stepping into the nerve center of an A.I. company that's about to blow up, with a clear path to Chief of Staff or another leadership role in months, not years.

What You'll Actually Do
- Own the CEO's schedule — meetings, travel, priorities. Keep the machine running.
- Be the connector — liaison between CEO, team, investors, partners. You're the glue.
- Track the competition — monitor A.I. news, competitors, industry moves. Keep us sharp.
- Throw events that matter — meetups, happy hours, networking in OC, LA, and SF.
- Handle confidential intel — you'll know things before most people. Act accordingly.
- Anticipate and execute — solve problems before they exist. Move without being told.
- Jump on special projects — startups are unpredictable. Embrace it.
- ✅ Ridiculously organized — chaos doesn't faze you. You bring order.
- ✅ Great communicator — emails, calls, presentations. You handle it all.
- ✅ Natural multitasker — shifting priorities? Multiple deadlines? You thrive.
- ✅ Tech-fluent — Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, new tools. You adapt fast.
- ✅ Entrepreneurial mindset — you think like an owner, not an employee.
- ✅ Socially active online — strong Instagram, X/Twitter, or LinkedIn presence.
- ✅ Bubbly personality — you bring good vibes and positive energy to the team and office. This matters.
- ✅ College degree? Optional. We care about what you can do, not where you studied.
- ✅ Based in Socal — you live in Orange County or the Los Angeles area. We're based 5-mins from the Irvine Spectrum and require someone local to OC / LA area. No remote workers.
