Data Entry Operator

Job Description
- Provides program and operational support.
- Performs general work activities in support of office systems.
- Review and compare information across spreadsheets, electronic case management systems, reports, and supporting documentation to verify data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies to support research and resolution efforts.
- Update records within the case management system and other databases in accordance with established procedures and verified information.
- Perform data entry, record maintenance, quality assurance, and validation activities in support of departmental projects and operational priorities.
- Maintain organized records of work completed, meet project deadlines, and communicate progress, trends, or issues to the assigned supervisor.
- Protect confidential client information and comply with all applicable agency policies, procedures, and data security requirements.
- Strong keyboarding skills.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Previous Data Entry related experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 3-month assignment.
