THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION AND REQUIRES DAILY ON-SITE REPORTING TO OUR BROCKTON, MA LOCATION.

Make a difference as a Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our data team. We are a small team at a well-established company, giving us the opportunity to make a real and immediate impact. This role focuses on developing reports and automated dashboards to support multiple departments.

What You Bring

• Three to five (3-5) years of working experience with progressively more responsibility and advanced work product.
• A curious mind - you will often be tasked with vague targets, and it is up to you how to get there.
• A collaborative spirit - we touch every aspect of the business and need to be able to work seamlessly across all business functions.
• A heightened business acumen - we are not just data folks. We regularly interact with all levels of the organization and must be able to relate our findings to executable business strategies.
• A technically savvy approach.
• Be an Excel wizard - much like an instrument, you should be able to play Excel like a fiddle
• A comfortable working knowledge of how to query data sets across multiple sources with significant exposure to at least one SQL language, including Joins, CTEs, Aggregations and/or Windows Functions (our bread and butter)
• The ability to transform vague business requests into concrete data driven solutions
• Work experience with at least one BI tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
• The ability to design, implement and maintain an ever-changing ETL landscape
  
  

As a new Data Analyst at Crown Linen Service Inc, you can expect a dynamic work environment where each day brings new challenges. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, with standard business hours dedicated to analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance our services. You will collaborate closely with various departments, facilitating cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives. Expect to create and maintain detailed reports, supporting strategic decision-making processes. Your role will involve problem-solving and innovation, requiring you to think critically and propose solutions that drive efficiency.

Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in a high-performance culture.
