ABOUT THE ROLE


Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Account Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting client accounts, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive experience for customers and business partners.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support day-to-day management of client accounts

- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams

- Assist with account onboarding and setup activities

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation

- Track account requests, deliverables, and deadlines

- Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates

- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support

- Monitor account activity and identify potential issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs

- Assist with project coordination and implementation tasks

- Support account retention and customer satisfaction initiatives

- Help improve account management processes and workflows


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)

- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, operations, or support roles

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Professional and customer-focused attitude

- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment


NICE TO HAVE

- Customer service or client-facing experience

- Internship or entry-level business experience

- Familiarity with CRM platforms

- Experience creating reports and presentations

- Interest in account management or customer success
