As an Account Support Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Gourmet Specialty for Key Gourmet Retail Accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Support key gourmet specialty retail accounts through sales reporting, forecasting, inventory planning, retailer communication, and full-cycle order management.
- Prepare monthly sales recaps and analyze POS, inventory, and promotional performance trends to support forecast accuracy and business planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations, Marketing, retail partners, and factory teams to ensure timely execution, issue resolution, and alignment on account priorities.
- Coordinate retailer meetings, promotional calendars, product launches, sample management, account deliverables, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, chargeback management, costing files, quote packages, and retailer onboarding/setup processes.
- Maintain ecommerce and retailer content by ensuring product listings, assets, and syndicated reviews are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate product development workflows and launch readiness across internal teams and retail partners.
- Prepare presentations, reporting, and materials for customer meetings and business reviews.
- Conduct competitive product and market analysis to support account strategy and growth opportunities.
- Represent The Cookware Company at trade shows and industry events.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or related
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially proficient in Excel, Outlook, Web-based applications
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2-3 years’ experience in administration or a support role
SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Housewares experience a plus- retail, on-line or vendor related
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take initiative/ownership
- Dependable, reliable, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, accuracy and completeness
- Strong verbal and digital communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
- Office Environment
- Hybrid: combination of in office (either NYC or Tarrytown office & remote)

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
