What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Psych position at Careers Integrated Resources Inc?
Desired Shift: NIGHTS - 12 HR: 7p-7a
Psych RN - Must have a current RN license in good standing
EITHER Adult or Child/Adolescent experience acceptable, does not necessarily need both.

- Registered nurses with 2 years of psych experience.
- Patient population is children ages 5-12, adolescents 13-17, adults ranging from 18 and up.
- Unit ratios are 1 RN 1 RN/LPN (2 license nurses) for 12 patients plus 2 mental health techs (day shift). We use a matrix for this and can share with nurse once hired. 1 RN and 1 MHT per unit from 11p-7a.
- Every other weekend is mandatory
- Schedules are in a 2 week block
- We require Handle with Care and will provide training for onboarding.
