- Full onsite until trained (30–45 days minimum).
- After training, potential conversion to a flex schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
- To work remotely, candidates must have their own computer and phone. Company equipment is not provided.
Job Summary:
- Verify accuracy of provider data information and submit requests for updates.
- Review provider audit reports and perform remediation outreach.
- Frequent contact with providers via phone and/or email.
- Full-time position requiring in-office presence during the training period (approx. 30–45 days).
- Post-training, manager may approve flex schedule based on demonstrated proficiency.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn moderately complex computer systems supporting business processes.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating through email.
- Minimum 1 year of computer experience.
- Ability to use basic office equipment (copier, etc.) and proficient in Microsoft 365 Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to access information from a computer and maintain a computer database.
- Strong attention to detail to detect and correct errors.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years customer service experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, products, and procedures.
- Experience using Salesforce system.
