Job Summary
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company to patients, providing support for routine health visits and life-defining health decisions. The PSR II draws high-quality blood samples, prepares specimens for lab testing, and ensures accuracy while maintaining a professional, patient-centered environment. This role emphasizes leadership behaviors, process excellence, confidentiality, and accurate handling of patient information. Assignments may include doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations as business needs dictate.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.

Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.

Collect and process both forensic and clinical specimens according to established practices and procedures.

Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate labeling of specimens, including obtaining patient signatures post-venipuncture.

Maintain required records and documentation accurately.

Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

Education & Training
