Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Timely and accurate medication order processing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with DSCSA regulations effective 11/27/2024; assist in narcotic, 340B, and investigational drug tracking.
- Inventory Management: Manage receiving, tracking, and auditing of inventory for accuracy and compliance.
- Compounding: Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding in compliance with all guidelines.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with CHS departments and external agencies regarding distribution and supply chain functions.
- Clinical Consultation: Deliver pharmacy clinical services to contracted Article 28 clinics.
- Leadership Backup: Assume full operational responsibility of CHS CMS Pharmacy in the absence of Directors/Assistant Directors.
Education:
- Required: Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy
Licensure & Certifications:
- Required: Active and unrestricted New York State Pharmacist License
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in pharmacy warehouse and inventory management
- Familiarity with DSCSA regulations
- Knowledge of pharmacy automation systems
- Supply chain and logistics experience
- 340B program management
- Experience in correctional health settings and Article 28 clinics
Salary : $80 - $85
