Standard on-site hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

24x7 manufacturing environment; occasional evening/weekend work may be required

Some flexibility in hours; limited remote/flexible work possible after first 6 months (subject to discussion)

Role Overview:
Analyst responsible for IMS/Manufacturing systems support and solution delivery, including development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Support and deliver solutions for Integrated Manufacturing Systems (IMS), MES, MS SQL (SSRS/SSAS), and related applications
-
Ensure physical and cyber security of internal IT systems by monitoring risks and implementing approved fixes

Develop, test, implement, and support hardware and software solutions
-
Deploy, manage, and support manufacturing systems (software and hardware)
-
Gather and define system requirements with internal stakeholders
-
Review and respond to issues related to system changes
-
Oversee external/contracted development work
-
Ensure output quality meets required specifications
-
Troubleshoot complex application and IT issues impacting business operations
-
Follow software development life-cycle (SDLC) processes where applicable
Required Skills:
-
Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (queries, views, triggers, stored procedures, SSRS, SSIS)

Proficiency in .Net, ASP, C , and C#
-
Ability to independently develop, test, troubleshoot, and document solutions

Strong communication skills with both leadership and end users
-
Ability to estimate time and effort for tasks accurately

Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience gathering and working with user requirements
Desired Skills:

Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Android tablets (Zebra preferred)

Experience with MES (Camstar/Opcenter), SAP S4, Client, or similar systems

Manufacturing IT experience supporting production systems and solutions
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelors degree in IT or related field (preferred, not required)

3 years of industry experience (manufacturing experience is a plus)
