Responsibilities
- Help develop and optimize processes for various monoclonal antibody therapeutics
- Perform cell culture for the production and isolation of secreted proteins
- Participate in small scale studies that will contribute to the cell line development and protein therapeutic program as a whole
- Execute relevant analytical procedures for cell line development including nucleic acid isolation, purification, cellular transfection and protein-product isolation
- Analyze, interpret, and present data to peers
- Review and share scientific literature to drive experimental design
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, biotechnology, or related field
- Basic familiarity with laboratory operations including aseptic technique, pipetting,
- Experience with basic laboratory equipment (centrifuges, balances, biosafety cabinets)
- Familiarity with basic nucleic acid and protein based analytical tools
Other Qualifications
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- May be required to pass Occupational Health Screening
Pay Range:
Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
