We’re hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Haslet, TX (on-site)!

What you’ll do:
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and leadership on policies and employment laws
• Support employee relations, including coaching and corrective actions
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Oversee new hire orientation, HRIS data entry, and compliance audits
• Assist with benefits administration and employee education
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Maintain accurate records and prepare and interpret HR reports
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources, including HR Policies and regulatory compliance
- Experience in HR Management with a focus on employee engagement and maintaining proactive HR operations
- Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to support a diverse workforce
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency is required)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proffered Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR software systems is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain industries is highly desirable
