An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join their team. This role is integral to the successful execution of projects and will require a high level of detail and coordination. Responsibilities:Research, prepare, and present proposalsPrepare cost control and expense reportsSchedule and track job progressReview design drawings and estimate and write change ordersPrepare monthly billings, projections, and spreadsheet reportsWrite subcontracts, purchase orders, correspondence field questions, and job write-upsSupervise preparation of submittals, operations and maintenance manuals, air balance logs, and as-builtsDevelop positive rapport with customers, field personnel, office staff, and suppliersWork with designated personnel to obtain trainingProvide timely and constructive communication with staff and customers regarding project status and concerns throughout all phasesComplete job close-out proceduresDemonstrate principles of safety program to ensure project safety is managed effectively, proactively, and consistentlyWork with Windows, Excel, Word and Microsoft Project programsPerform additional tasks as assignedQualifications:Minimum five years project management or project engineer experienceBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent work experienceExperience in mechanical engineering and construction is a plus, but not a requirementDemonstrate a proven track record of successful projects and satisfied customer referencesAbility to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, and estimatesCapable of managing mechanical projects ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000 plus in sizeIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and BluebeamSelf-motivatedPossess excellent written, verbal and listening communication skillsAbility to consistently set goals and meet deadlinesDemonstrate a sincere desire to serve our customersA valid license and clean driving record are requiredIf you meet the qualifications and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
