Responsibilities:Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure a consistently positive experience.Write customer orders and discuss pricing and product availability.Develop processes to keep customers organized and informed, including forecasting support.Participate in ongoing training related to electrical distribution equipment and lighting.Provide purchasing insights based on customer conversations and relationships.Assist walk-in customers with product questions and handle cash/credit transactions.Support telephone sales (answer calls, take messages, route inquiries, process orders).Prepare and pick sales orders to assist the warehouse team.Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and customer communications.Maintain showroom displays and literature.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous customer service and/or administrative experience is required (1 years strongly preferred)– retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc. preferred, but office experience will be considered as well.Computer proficiency is required.Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities at once is essential.Must have stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgency.Must have stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be organized, possess strong problem-solving skills.Must show initiative, self-motivation, perseverance.
