HR Administration & Compliance
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, onboarding documents, ESS credentials, and job descriptions.
- Ensure HR processes comply with labour laws and internal policies.
- Schedule probation reviews and support HR process improvements.
- May assist recruitment for operational and staff roles.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Arrange interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare job offers.
- Support induction and onboarding sessions.
- Process HRDC documentation (G1/G3) and training requests.
- Coordinate training sessions and follow up on evaluations.
- Maintain training records and monitor budgets.
Maintain employee files and ensure complete documentation within onboarding timelines.
HR & Office Support
- Provide reception and administrative support when required.
- Assist in welfare activities and HR projects.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
