Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, onboarding documents, ESS credentials, and job descriptions.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labour laws and internal policies.
  • Schedule probation reviews and support HR process improvements.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • May assist recruitment for operational and staff roles.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Arrange interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare job offers.
  • Support induction and onboarding sessions.

Training & Development

  • Process HRDC documentation (G1/G3) and training requests.
  • Coordinate training sessions and follow up on evaluations.
  • Maintain training records and monitor budgets.

Employee Records & Payroll Support

Maintain employee files and ensure complete documentation within onboarding timelines.

HR & Office Support

  • Provide reception and administrative support when required.
  • Assist in welfare activities and HR projects.

Education Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
