Your Responsibilities…
- You will assign and prioritize responsibilities across the estimating team for each project, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
- You will partner with the Executive Team to evaluate bid opportunities, develop the weekly bid calendar, and lead bid review sessions.
- You will lead weekly estimating meetings to drive progress, maintain alignment, and ensure estimates are delivered on schedule.
- You will review project plans and specifications, coordinating with the team to confirm complete and accurate scope coverage.
- You will identify and assess project risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are incorporated into estimates.
- You will direct the development and distribution of bid packages, including instructions to bidders, bid forms, and supporting documentation.
- You will lead the transition of successful bids into project execution, including project kickoff, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
- You will conduct periodic project reviews and site visits to validate assumptions, support project teams, and drive continuous improvement.

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and cross-team collaboration skills.

- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card (GC) work authorization.
