Operations Project Manager – Private Equity-Backed Growth Company
Location: Central/Eastern Massachusetts (Hybrid, 1–2 days/week in office)

As their recruiting partner, we are seeking an Operations Project Manager eager to take on a highly visible role that will directly shape the company’s trajectory. Role Highlights
- Lead and execute operational project plans across the platform

- 3–5 years of operations experience, including 2–3 years in project management
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects

- Hands-on, team-oriented approach – comfortable rolling up your sleeves
- Background in IT or acquisition integration a plus
