What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the executive team to prioritize initiatives and drive execution
- Organize critical information and insights to support fast, effective decision-making
- Lead and manage strategic projects from concept through completion
- Act as a bridge between leadership and functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Develop and track key performance metrics, dashboards, and productivity insights
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership, board, and key stakeholders
- Support strategic planning and help translate goals into actionable roadmaps
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and scale
- Assess risk, cost, and impact of new initiatives and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred)
- 7 years of experience partnering with senior leaders in roles such as Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial modeling
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence without authority
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams and boards
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to challenge thinking and drive change
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments is a strong plus
