Job Summary
Due to continued growth, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center (OSMC) is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position in Elkhart, Indiana. This role is open to full-time, part-time, or PRN candidates. Full-time is preferred, with up to 40 hours per week available.
Both staff-level Physical Therapist and Clinic Director opportunities are available based on experience and interest. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Full-Time Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends
No holidays
Flexible scheduling available
Caseload & Patient Population
General outpatient orthopedic caseload
Patients of all ages
Full-time PTs average approximately 11 patients per day
Opportunity to develop a specialty or pursue certifications
Clinic Directors split time between patient care and leadership responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary in the $75,000 range for full-time (increases with experience and qualifications)
