Job Summary
Due to continued growth, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center (OSMC) is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic position in Elkhart, Indiana. This role is open to full-time, part-time, and PRN candidates, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.
We are seeking a personable PTA with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a collaborative outpatient environment. New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Full-Time Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends
No holidays

Caseload & Patient Population
General outpatient orthopedic caseload
Patients of all ages
Full-time PTAs treat an average of 11 patients per day
Opportunities to develop a clinical specialty or pursue certifications
Emphasis on quality care and strong patient relationships
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay in the $25 per hour range for full-time (increases with experience and qualifications)

Job Requirements
Eligible for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
New graduate PTAs will be supported and mentored
Full-time preferred; part-time and PRN candidates will be considered
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
