Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee individualized restorative nursing programs.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document all restorative nursing activities in compliance with regulations.
• Educate and support staff on restorative care techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in restorative nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
