Regional Maintenance Supervisor – Midwest Region
Qualifications:
- Provide hands-on leadership and technical support to maintenance teams across multiple multifamily properties
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and company standards
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and capital improvement projects
- Support budgeting, vendor management, and cost control efforts
- Train, mentor, and assist with onboarding maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local/state regulations
- 80% travel MI, WI, IN, IA, NE, TN, LA, MO, OH,
Qualifications:
- 10 years of property maintenance experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or regional capacity
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general construction
- Experience in multifamily/apartment maintenance required
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Entrata preferred)
- EPA, HVAC, CPO, or related certifications strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required
- Ability to travel up to 100% based on company needs
