Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned skilled nursing facilities, ensuring alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and performance expectations.
- Drive budget performance, monitor key metrics (EBITDA, census, payer mix), and implement strategies to ensure financial health and sustainability.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of multi-facility operational leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Must hold or be eligible for a Texas Nursing Home Administrator (LNFA) license.
