Qualifications:
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, including tenant screening, lease management, rent collection and maintenance coordination
- Screening potential tenants through background checks and credit reports
- Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with rental terms
- Preparing and managing property budgets
- Advertising vacant units to attract new tenants
- Showing properties to potential tenants

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years as Property Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have Affordable Housing & Tax Credit experience
- Must have Lease Up experience
