Property Manager – Fairfield, CAResponsible for the day-to-day operations of the property.Reporting, including AP/AR, bank deposits, monthly collection report, weekly occupancy report, accounts payable, month-end closing reports, and yearly operating budgets.Minimum 2 years of multifamily experience as a Property Manager is required. Effective team management in a fast-paced environment.Ability to deal with residents, prospects, and vendors in a professional manner. Must possess a working knowledge of all financial aspects of apartment management, bookkeeping, computer functions, local and state laws pertaining to apartment management, and marketing and sales.Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
