About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility in Granite City, IL. This individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and driving positive outcomes for residents, families, and team members.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations.

Lead and mentor department leaders and staff to maintain a culture of quality care, teamwork, and professionalism.

Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and support organizational growth initiatives.

Ensure resident satisfaction by fostering a resident-centered environment and addressing concerns promptly.

Maintain strong relationships with families, clinical teams, corporate leadership, and community partners.

Support recruitment, retention, and staff engagement efforts.

Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure survey readiness at all times.
Qualifications

Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required.

Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant Administrator strongly preferred.
