• Assist with care planning and resident assessments
Qualifications:
• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of MDS experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement guidelines
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to MDS and care planning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
