- Collaborate with the Food Service Director and kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations
- Previous experience cooking for large groups (healthcare or nursing home preferred)
- SafeServe Certification required at the time of hire
- Food Service Sanitation Manager (FSSM) Certification required within 90 days
- Ability to work full-time and maintain a consistent schedule
