Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, development, and ongoing improvement of social service programs for residents.
Lead, coach, and supervise social work staff and program coordinators to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations related to behavioral health and social services.
Coordinate and support staff training on behavioral health strategies, behavioral management, and best practices.
Monitor program performance using data, client feedback, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Must have Bachelor's or Master's in Social Work or Psychology.
Strong background in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with clients, families, and community partners.
Proven administrative skills, including budgeting, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Supervisory experience with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams.
Previous leadership experience in social services, behavioral health, or related fields in a Long Term Care Setting.
