Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing services and clinical programs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including survey readiness
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and staff
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor quality measures, infection control, and risk management initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive clinical quality
