What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Clinical Services position at Career Strategies?
Come Join our great team as a Hospice Director, providing overall leadership for hospice operations, with a focus on growth/marketing, external market relationships & increasing census, financial management, customer service and quality care delivery. You will work closely with established policies, and regulations of our esteemed company, ensuring compliance with hospice-specific regulations, laws, and policies, including Medicare/Medicaid matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2 years' experience in health care management, home health or hospice required.
- Hospice experience required with intimate knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and Department of Aging and Disability Services regulations.
- Operations and/or Sales Leadership experience required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships in the communities
- Must be great at establishing/maintaining working relationships with staff, marketing contacts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice Mission and services.
- Experience in analyzing processes, improvement planning, supporting change, and effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
