Work Hours: 10am-7pm
- Handling incoming calls and emails: Answering patient inquiries regarding billing statements, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, pre-authorization for procedures, and general healthcare information.
- Patient registration and demographic updates: Verifying patient information and updating records as needed.
- Insurance verification and eligibility checks: Confirming patient insurance coverage and benefits.
- Claims processing and follow-up: Assisting with submitting insurance claims and following up on outstanding claims.
- Patient navigation: Directing patients to the appropriate healthcare provider or department based on their needs.
- Addressing patient concerns and complaints: Listening to patient issues, investigating concerns, and finding solutions to resolve complaints in a timely manner.
