Community Manager – Baltimore, MD
- Oversee all site operations, including team leadership, tenant relations, leasing, and property maintenance.
- Executes or audits the complex processes required to maintain 100% compliance with Project-Based Section 8 contracts, preventing regulatory failures that could jeopardize HUD housing assistance payments.
- Collect rents, process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and develop the

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely work order resolution, complete turnarounds on vacant units, and maintain exterior curb appeal.
- Field tenant complaints, coordinate educational or social resident events, enforce lease terms, and execute legal eviction notices when necessary.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an on-site property manager specifically within Project-Based Section 8 or hybrid HUD/LIHTC communities.
- Hands-on experience with property management platforms featuring built-in affordable compliance modules.
