Apartment Porter / Groundskeeper
Location: Akron, OH
Pay: Up to $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Career Strategies is seeking a full-time Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper for an apartment community in Akron, OH. We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
Responsibilities:
- Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris
- Pick up trash, empty bins, and maintain dumpster areas
- Light cleaning and upkeep tasks around the community
- Assist maintenance team as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
