Requirements:
- Previous experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a related field
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
