What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete maintenance work orders and apartment turns/make-readies
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Assist with preventive maintenance and overall community upkeep
- Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure units are move-in ready
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in apartment, hotel, or residential maintenance
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
