Career Strategies is hiring Experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultants (English/Spanish) with affordable housing experience who are ready to step into steady traffic, engaged prospects, and real potential to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Create strong first impressions that build trust
• Conduct engaging tours that help prospects envision themselves at home
• Guide applicants through affordable housing qualifications and documentation
• Follow up consistently and intentionally
• Turn tours into completed and approved applications
• Prepare applications and lease agreements accurately and in compliance
• Support smooth move-ins and contribute to occupancy goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Affordable housing experience (LIHTC, Section 8, or similar) required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Confidence guiding prospects through the application and approval process
• Familiarity with leasing/property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or similar) required
• Weekend availability
