Experienced Bilingual LIHTC Leasing Consultant | Weekly Pay $20 -$23/hr
Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant who enjoys connecting with people, staying busy, and creating a welcoming community?
Career Strategies is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Consultant who can confidently step in, engage prospects, and deliver a high-quality leasing experience from first tour to move-in.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the community—building relationships, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and helping create a place residents are proud to call home.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and connect with prospective residents, creating a strong first impression
- Conduct engaging, personalized tours
- Follow up with leads to drive traffic and applications
- Process applications and prepare lease agreements accurately
- Maintain strict adherence to LIHTC regulations and Fair Housing laws
- Partner with the Property Manager and team to support daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of apartment leasing experience (required)
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
- Experience with LIHTC (required)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing best practices
- Experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
