Dual Apartment Maintenance Technician – Neenah & Green Bay, WI
Pay: $21–$23/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Property Size: 108 homes
We are seeking a Dual Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a 108-home apartment community in both Neenah and Green Bay, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in their work, and likes helping residents feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders in a timely, professional manner
- Perform unit turns, including minor repairs and touch-ups
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs (fixtures, outlets, leaks, clogs, etc.)
- Patch and repair drywall; perform interior painting as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair/replace basic appliances
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems
- Assist with exterior/grounds upkeep as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
- Handyman/repair work
- Appliance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
- Construction, building maintenance, or grounds with strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a “get it done” mindset
- Good communication and customer service when working with residents and team members
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and follow through on tasks
Requirements:
- Basic hand and power tools
- Reliable vehicle (travel between Neenah & Green Bay as needed)
- Valid driver’s license
