We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at a vibrant multi-family apartment community.
This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, sales, and administrative tasks — perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working as part of a professional, high-energy team.
Schedule within the hours of : Monday-Friday 9a-6p and Saturday, 10AM-5PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet prospective residents and provide personalized property tours
- Respond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Guide applicants through the leasing process — from application to move-in
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all leasing documentation is accurate and complete
- Stay informed on available units, current pricing, and any leasing specials
- Help prepare apartments for move-ins and coordinate move-in orientations
- Assist in resolving resident questions and concerns with a helpful, solutions-focused attitude
- Keep online listings, marketing materials, and social media posts current and engaging
- Use property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) for daily leasing and communication tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in leasing or property management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-minded approach with a passion for helping people
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws is a plus
- Experience with property management software is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
